The RYA (Royal Yachting Association) provides a comprehensive sailing school training scheme for all aspects of boating for those wanting to learn to sail in both dinghies and yachts, RYA power boat syllabus for RIBs and motor cruisers and additional support courses which include RYA first aid, RYA sea survival, RYA radar, RYA diesel engine. If you want a more relaxed learning process on the water with no pressure why not try our ‘Social Yacht Sailing Tuition Weekends’ with great food, loads of learning and experience along with a couple of cheeky G&T’s in the cockpit and wine with the evening freshly cooked 4 course meal… the practical yacht courses take part on our yachts from the river Hamble or Brighton.
We provide MCA commercially qualified skippers that can guide you through an individual learning process, giving personal tuition on a 1:1 basis, private skippers for you and the family or ready-made groups on your own yacht or one chartered by you, and we can tailor to your own specific learning requirements.
Learning to sail is not just about pulling ropes and there are a huge array of theory courses that will help to make your yacht sailing experiences safe and enjoyable.
