Isle of Man Self-Catered Holiday Cottage for 4, Homestay – Description

This Isle of Man self-catered, detached holiday cottage for 4 persons is Homestay registered with the Isle of Man Government (No: IM02644). It has versatile accommodation with a king (or small twin) and a double bedroom upstairs plus a sofa bed downstairs if required.
A charming, recently modernised, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, detached traditional Isle of Man cottage in Glen Chass in the South of the Isle of Man on the Meayll Peninsular overlooking Port St Mary & close to Port Erin. It has off-road parking for 4 bikes or 1 car plus a ‘pull in’ for an extra vehicle.

This detached Isle of Man self-catered holiday cottage is situated on a quiet single track lane at Glen Chass in the South of the Island overlooking the sea (Perwick Bay) just 13 minutes from the Airport and 8 minutes from the Billown / Southern 100 motorbike racing circuit – and it is just 10 minutes from the historic ancient capital Castletown. The nearest Co-op supermarket is 5 minutes down the hill in Port St Mary and there is a Tesco in Port Erin just 7 minutes by car. There are fantastic beaches within 7 minutes drive or a walk directly down through the picturesque Glen to the beach.

The quiet single track lane has a turning circle at the end before the farmland.
This fantastic Isle of Man cottage retreat boasts amazing glen and clifftop walks from the door with a myriad of footpaths, loads of birds and wildlife. We regularly see dolphins and harbour porpoises in the bay looking out to sea from the raised terrace. We have a pair of buzzards that soar on the hill behind the cottage and loads of choughs. The history of the Meayll Peninsular is just amazing and we have books in the cottage to guide you through both the history and the most amazing sea birds that you can see at the Sugarloaf and around the coast.

This self catering cottage in the South of the Isle of Man belongs to one of the team at Yachtforce and the quality of the furnishings and décor is extremely high. Please message us for any further information and latest availability. info@yachtforce.co.uk
